HS fan recommendation

I have a sonata III case,... looking at possibly removing the antec tricool fan from rear and have only the HS fan cool everything with a duct system out the rear of the xiggy to the rear hole.

I am overclocking an E7200 to 3.6 (currently 3.16 on stock intel HSF that runs most of the time 1300-1600 range) and trying to maintain temps or lower, overclocking more, removing the rear fan and maintaining (at very worst scenario) same noise, but hopefully decreasing the noise.

Since there will be no rear fan,... it needs to have some decent pressure,... but I am very interested in lowering the noise overall, without sacrificing overclock or cooling.

Any recommendations that would be better than the stock xiggy fan and still adequately cool things???
