TRUE will get LGA-1366 compatibility.... and a fan

Thermalright will update TRUE's mounting kit to fit Intel's new socket (nothing unexpected here, move along) as well as... giving it its own fan, with a new mounting mechanism.

No specs are available yet for the fan.
