Fan-less CPU coolers

Have anyone tested this fanless CPU cooler

Or do you have another fanless CPU cooler product recommendation for me ?

It's been discussed in the forums before, but to shed light on it. It should cool lower end P4's passively without a exhaust fan(s). Don't trust upto the 2.8Ghz unless you have good case airflow (atleast 1 exhaust fan near the cooler).

The problem it is not available unless you live in Japan. Unless you know a source, I would love to get my hands on one.

NCU-1000 is designed with maximum CPU load as e-mailing, internet browsing, using word processor, spreadsheet software or equivalent.

Anyway, I saw it in an online shop recently but quickly passed over, if I find it back, I'll repost ...

UPDATE : Yep, it's available at LDLC (Direct link, 66€) , french shop delivering to be,ch,fr. Maybe you can try to email them (you speak french well, no ?).

79 euros. Not totally outrageous, considering the prices of SLK-series and other high end heatsinks.

Sorry, my pricetag was without taxes (at least there's 1 advantage of not being in the EU).

So, yes, it's 79€ in the EU, 66€ + local taxes outside
