HeatlaneZen CPU Radiator NCU-1000

I thought this review might be of some interest. It's a passive CPU cooler and it appears to function as advertised for a P4 2.4C with only 2 case fans for case airflow.

Hmmm....

I have alot of reservations and doubts about that cooler, even after that review. Mounting your motherboard vertically would create quite a bit of torque at the cooler attach points...

I only use AMD for my systems but...

I purchased one of these NCU-1000 a month ago for an acquaintance in England. In checking it out before mailing it to him it is really not all that heavy on top.

Yes it is tall, which places more weight away from the board, but nothing the board should not be able to handle.
