Thermalright HR-01 and Gigabyte P55A-UD3

This may be a long shot...

but can anyone with the HR-01 and P55A-UD3 can let me know if the HR-01 and a 120mm x 120mm x 25mm fan will block the first memory slot?

I have the Noctua U12P right now, and my first RAM slot is blocked with the use of a fan.
