Need advice on thermal paste.

I ran Liquid Metal Pro last time and loved it although I am worried what I will find when I remove my heatsink to put on the new one. Who makes the best paste out at the moment? I read something about Thermene and another site said Tuniq TX-4.. Please recommend me a good no maintenance one.. I will be using a Thermalright Macho Zero.

Most pastes are with in a couple of degrees at best, its more important to apply it well than the brand/model. That said im using cheap Artic Silver Ceramique 2 and works well, others good value are Arctic Cooling MX4, Tunic TX4, and many others.

just get whatever is on sale.
unless your CPU really needs that 2-4 degrees more headroom to keep it from throttling under high use...its not worth fretting over.
