Can anyone confirm that the TRUE rev.C will fit on the Asrock 890GX Pro3 and the Asus M5A97 Pro?

Well Thermalright have told me "the True Black rev. C is compatible with both boards" and I don't think there's much difference between my True rev. C and the True Black rev. C (apart from the colour obviously), so it should be OK :)
