TRUE rev.C compatibility

Can anyone confirm that the TRUE rev.C will fit on the Asrock 890GX Pro3 and the Asus M5A97 Pro?

Well Thermalright have told me "the True Black rev. C is compatible with both boards" and I don't think there's much difference between my True rev. C and the True Black rev. C (apart from the colour obviously), so it should be OK
