Reviewed @ ComputerBase.de. In Googlish here. Nice performance with the 140mm PWM Glidestream fan for 43 Euros / $55.

At the wall: 80W AC idle, 145W playing WoW, 195W playing Guild Wars 2, 215W playing Star Wars: The Old Republic and iTunes (near 100% load on CPU and GPU), 235W stress test (Prime95+Furmark)

It does look nice, although it may be difficult to get in the U.S. Since their distributor went out of business Scythe products are getting rarer. I hope it is corrected soon.

Scythe should just let someone in the US be their main distributor like Noiseblocker has frozencpu.... it would be even easier to have new products.....

Back on the threads subject, defently looks nice, hope SPCR gets a review sample soon to see how it measures to HR02 Macho.

Thinner cooler...so maybe on a single fan comparison, they'll be similar. For two fans, I'm guessing the Macho will win. I'm really curious to see the Glidestream PWM perfomance in the SPCR anechoic chamber. It looks like it can push some decent CFM at low rpm.

I also wish Scythe would resolve their North America distribution issue. It's been months.

Review @ HT4U.

tl/dr: Decent cooling, not so great assembly, pretty quiet...but oddly high rpm at idle for 140mm fan. When cooling an overclocked (4.2GHz) and overvolted (150mV) i5-2500K, better cooling than Mugen 3. Mugen 3 is quieter at idle, both are similar at loads.
