I´m going to buy one of those but i don´t know wich one is better.
Obviously the macho x2 has two fans, but i don´t know if this make it better.
thank you!

Re: thermalright macho rev b vs macho x2?
I have Thermalright macho rev A (with 120mm fan).
I love it for normal work / watching video etc. - it's almost silent @800 rpm, and inaudible @650rpm, but @1200-@1500rpm is unbearably loud - not a good fan if you are planning to stress your CPU (like... gaming ). The heatsink itself is pretty good - wide spaced fins, more effective with slow moving air.
Both heatsinks look very similar (maybe X2 is a tad bigger?) - except 1 vs 2 fans. I would bought X2 (it's 5$ difference in price here) - I'm guessing that 2 fans @800rpm in push-pull will give you enough cooling. With 1 fan you'll have to have it @1200rpm to have a similar performance. But that's just guessing.

You will get slightly better temps with two fans on Machox2, but depending on the case, you might not have space for it, to me Macho RevB is much better overall value.Alsilence wrote:Obviously the macho x2 has two fans, but i don´t know if this make it better.
