Nope, they don't match up. The P4 holes are farther apart than the AMD holes.

Bailey's correct. You'll have to relegate your Alpha to paperweight duty and obtain a new heatsink to fit your AMD board. May I humbly suggest the Zalman 7000A? Or perhaps a Thermalright SLK900A for your cooling enjoyment?
