Ah, that picture brings back memories...

My first silent PC case (LapPower Silent System) back in mid-90's or so had a similar case fan. The case had a very weird design, it blew air from top of the case downwards towards the processor using such a turbine fan.

Yup - 100CFM @ 23dBA is too good to be true: at least one of those numbers is measured in some new and interesting way :roll: Let alone the lo rpm being 1100 v 3000 and only giving a 2dBA drop.

But still would be nice to find a low noise/near silent squirrel/cage fan: they are supposed to cope with static pressure much better than axial fans. For $9.99 I doubt this is it though!
