It looks like Vantec carries a quiet fan at 60mm with a noise level of 21db. Unfortunately, it pushes a mere 12 cfm. It may be better to count on getting a PSU with a large 120mm to keep the case circulating.

60mm fans are "usually" not quiet.
Vantecs are DEFINITELY not quiet. :)

Cases with 80mm and 120mm are just too big. Other cases require proprietary PSU. Are there 60mm fan that are more quiet than others?

There really isn't. Your best bet is somehow figuring out a way to mod the spot for the 60mm fan, to mount an 80mm fan that is trusted to be quiet. Like burcakb said, vantecs are definately not quiet (dont waste your money) and there are no (to the knowledge of the SPCR community) quiet 60mm fans. Good luck!
