experiences with pabst and panaflo

im going to mod a psu, and wondering whether to stick a pabst or a panaflo inside it. from looking at the forums is seems that pabst are quieter than panaflo, but have an odd "click" noise to them. is this about right?
also how much air would i need to push without my psu exploding? im consering the new seasonic psu or new zalman. any thoughts?
some specs i found:
Panaflo FB08A12L1A - 24 cfm, 21 dBA (Pins: 2)
Pabst 80 mm 8412 NGL - 19.4 cfm at 12 dBA (Pins: 4 pass thru )
Pabst 80 mm 8412 N/2GM - 34.1 cfm at 26 dBA (Pins: 3 with speed sensor)
i would naturally want the 1st Pabst here, but is that enought airflow?
also does it have a speed sensor pin?
