Now these fans would rock for my case any of you seen them for under 20 bucks let me know also let me know if you have found a supplier of the ones that don't have the clicking bug

I know of a place in Sweden, but that's not likely going to help you... the one I've been looking for, for quite some time now is the 4212NL, no one seems to carry it though.

It's a 119x119x38 mm papst fan blowing 58.9 cfm at 28dB(A). Would be nice to have one of those undervolted... but, it's only a fan. Not a life, nor a dream, it's a fan. I keep telling myself...
