Is Papst 8412N2G quiter than Enermax UC-8FAB?

Hello! Did anyone compare Enermax 8FAB with Papst fans?
Recently I bought Shuttle SS51G and now trying to make it as quite as possible. The fan that came with Shuttle (SUNON KD1208PTB1, 39.5 CFM, 32dBA) were extremely loud (in the quite home evening environment :D ), even at low RPM. I replaced it with Enermax UC-8FAB and it makes a difference (this fan is rated 27 dBA, 39.8 CFM).

I'm curious if replacing Enermax with Papst 8412N2GM (26dBA) will make Shuttle more quieter at low RPM?
Also is it anough to have N2GM (34.1 CFM) or I need N2G (40.6 CFM)? But the last one is 32dBA!

The problem is that in the area there I live (Estonia) I cannot take a fan for testing, the shops wants me to buy it and do not allow fan returning if unit is used (how can I test without actual using? :) )

any advice is appreciated!

never met him, I'm first time here.

regarding fans: wasn't able to find so far if I can buy panaflo here,
got Thermaltake Smart Case Fan II st Saturday and going to return or replace it today since at low RPM it sometimes produces some squeaking noise (again producing fault?). Also I'm not quite sure that it queter than my Enermax at low RPM, it's hard to say because of these squeaks.
