Titan ALU fan - anybody tried it out ?

Hi,

Having seen the Titan ALU(TFD-A8025H12C) at a resonable price at my local reseller, I would like to know it any of you guyz have tested it(compared the noise level against a well-known fan) ?

Also, do it run ok at 5/7 V. ?

I dont care about the looks of it(is going to be placed in a non-windowed case), but as I cannot seem to find any Panaflows around here, I thought about using this one instead.

Just a thought: Wouldn't the alu of the fan improve cooling, if placed on a CPU HS ? If so, maybe that would allow lower airflow ?

i doubt that it would cool better simply because its made of alluminum
