Need help designing cooling for Silverstone TJ-09.

Perhaps its obvious to some but seems like there are multiple permutations for fan direction for optimum cooling. I just built new system and OC a little but running too hot. Well I think its too hot. QX6700 intel quad core 2.66 to 3.2, mem 1200 Mhz, EVGA 8800gtx, Tuniq towel 120 cpu cooler. Running 45-50 idel and 55c load. Have not seen it cross 60c. Poll- how hot will you run yours? (I digress)
From the link can see case design. Right now Have 4 Noctua NF-S12 1200rpm fans (recommended in fan round up here). rear fan is running exhaust- right beside cpu fan which is also directed back out of case same direction. 2 fans on top intake, last fan mid case exhaust.
I have spent this much, few more bucks wont hurt. welcome to recommend other options for a balance of quiet/cool/OC'able. Water cooling? kinda scared of it lol. I will fiddle for sever weeks until get system the way I want but then dont want to mess with it for 2 years until start again.
