This site claims 55.89 CFM for the CNPS 7000B-CU @ 12v.
Cannot find anything about the VF700.
But why is this important? Do you plan to exchange the fan?

Yes, i plan to change the 7000 to a Nexus 92mm and the VF700 to a Nexus 80mm but are unsure that they got high enough CFM. And they seem to be a bit low

The Zalman 700 puts out about 25-28CFM last I checked. It's really a low CFM, high noise piece of rubbish. I swapped the guts of a Scythe Kama Flex onto it and it works just as well at ~800rpm with very low noise.
