Sabertooth X58 Lian Li A05N case fan

I'm looking at Cooljag PWN to add as 3rd chassis fan (stock Lian Li 1 and 2) due to hot weather and high internal temps (no overclock). I've seen 80C on s-bridge. This new fan will be an exhaust modded into side panel, over center of motherboard, graphic card and i7-950. My only PWN fan connector (4 pin) says 5V in mb manual--while this is a 12V fan; the other 2 connectors are both 12V 3 pin. Only chassis fan 1 and 2 are supported in Asus Fan Xpert auto speed control. The existing intake fan at rear of case is now connected to PWN 4 pin. In BIOS, intake and exhaust fans vary in RPM, as does the stock Intel CPU fan. Where should I connect the new Cooljag side exhaust fan? Is there an adapter to plug 4pin fan into 3 pin on mb, that will still allow auto speed control? Do I need to also add a new CPU fan? Looking at Cooler Master Hyper 212. Thanks for insights.
