Just wondering if this fan controller creates any buzzing?

If it does is there any other fan controllers that have semi-auto fan control that don't?
Any that can also work with PWM fans?

I've used it in my FT-02 case without causing buzzing (was actually very happy with this fan controller. Would have reused it in my Cosmos II if that was possible)
