Does Noctua NF-F12 PWM have the annoying motor ticking noise like other pwm fans?!

because I want to replace my cm 212+ blademaster fan which has this unbearable ticking/clicking noise.

i actually have a nf f12 on a hyper212 evo

it does *not* tick, but it does resonate a lot at upper rpm, make sure you use the included rubber mounts and 7v cable that it comes with. That limits it to 1200rpm at max, and then youll never have issues. in general at 4.2ghz i sit at 800rpm prime95 at 70C
