Weird whistle i don´t know what to do!

Hello! i need your help again.
I noticed a weird wistle in one pc.
It comes from the back fan hole, but it´s not produced by the fan.
I know because if i put my ear againts the fan i can´t hear the wistle :S.
But if i put my hand covering the hole the wistle stops for a while, but starts comming from another different hole!
I guess is the wind blowing wich is making the noise, so mayba i have a bad fan configuration or something.
One fan front intake and one rear exhaust :S
Thank you.

Impossible to know, what is causing the sound just by your description :D

What I'd do, open it up. If it didn't cause the sound before, changes are something (=dust) is blocking the usual airflow. So vacuum the inside ... or don't, since it could cause static electricity (I've been told), use compressed air to remove all the dust (but I like to live dangerously, and have vacuumed computers before - without any apparent damage - but you have been warned!).

If the sound persists, run it while it is open. This way it might be easier to hear which fan is causing it. Block each fan one by one from rotating, to isolate the sound.

If it is not a fan, changes are, it could be coil whine after all?

ive had this, it was the rear of the fan blades being near the punched out grill off the case, changing the fan to a shadow wings, which has different blade design and more standoff at the rear fixed it.

the other fan was fine in clean air...
