I can't take credit for this find, it was on slashdot today. Which means that half of you saw it anyway, but I thought it would be good for the archive.

They seem to come in quite a range, with 2.5 and 3.5 drives.

This could be the rocketdrive we have all been waiting for! No hard prices yet, though the high performance version looks to be "1-2 MB per dollar."

Still, that should be enough to install a small server. And with that IO it should be able to serve a hell of a lot of users!

WOW! Now THIS is something worth looking into! It could be the answer to everything I've ever wanted from my harddrive : no noise and fast access times.

I sure hope I won't have to sell an organ to be able to afford one. :P
