Antec power supplies question

Apologies if this has been covered before - I have looked through the forums and checked the reviews, honestly, it's just that I am easily confused!

Ok, I just want to get something straight really - the power supply that come with the Antec BQE is quieter than the one that comes with the AMB, but it is still not rated on the reccommended list, and is less quiet than the True power 380 which comes with the Sonata and is rated 6? Is that right - so it would be less than a 6?

Yeah, that's basically right. Although, if pressed I'd probably rate the Sonata PSU and the SL350S(BQE PSU) about the same. They're both "so-so" at best.
