Reserator question

Post by Nebor » Sat Jun 12, 2004 3:40 am

Could I use the reserator with a smaller case, like the Overture or Aria or something similar? Could it be used w/ MATX like a shuttle?

I don't see why not.

The "big" stuff is outside of the case. You just need to fit the CPU block (and video block, if you use it) ...?

Where's the concern for space come from?

The pump is in the reservator block.

That's what I was thinking, but I know those hoses can be pretty big and bulky.

Also, do you guys think a Reserator could handle a GPU, CPU and 400w PSU with going into thermal cascade, or whatever you call it?

PSU? Why the PSU?

And as far as the CPU/GPU is concerned - depends, doesn't it.

Maxamus (sp?) has one, you might want to ask him. Though having an idea as to your (intended?) specs would certainly help.

As best I recall from articles, a 3.4 GHz Prescott might be a bit of a stretch.
