Is it okay if the vid card board gets hot? (noob asking)

I just installed an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Rev. 3. I'm not sure if the actual vid card is supposed to get hot or not (warm but nothing my finger can't handle). I tried playing a game and it ran fine. Am I okay?

if it's workign how you want it to work it's workign fine.

to answer your question, if your not getting any artifacts then i wouldnt worry about it, set it to low and forget about it.
