Anyone seen these? Directron 450W PSU with 4 internal fans

I just came across an interesting PSU for sale at Directron. Here's a link:

These PSUs look way cool because they come in a variety of anodized colors. Lots of geek appeal! Of course once they're inside your PC, this might not be as big a deal in most cases.

The other noteworthy thing is that they incorporate FOUR

fans! Has anyone actually seen these? My initial reaction is that this could be either good or bad: good if the four fans allow each one to run at low RPM and therefore low noise, but bad if the fans (two of which are apparently 40mm) just run full-on. I'd be interested in comments from someone who has firsthand experience with this particular PSU...
