Newb needs help finding a tutorial on installing isolators

Hi - I'm in the process of trying to quiet down my system, and I'm needing to install a 120mm fan to my drive cage with those little rubber tiedowns that come with the Sonata case. I can't find anything about them in the Antec manual. Is there an article on it somewhere?
