hardware monitor error

i dont really know where to post this but i need help real bad.
Lately when i turn on my computer i receive a message that says blah blah blah has detected a hardware monitor error do you want to go to bios setting or continue, and its been going on everytime i turn on my computer. Does anybody know whats going on or a way i can turn this off

Hard to tell without knowing what "blah blah blah" actually is. First thought is a fan rpm monitoring issue. My mobo started to talk to me during boot as soon as I undervolted my case fans... scared the sh** out of me :D Turned monitoring off in the bios, all done. Did you change anything to your setup? Are your fans still turning?

Just... need... more.... INFO! :lol:

ok it said
"hardware monitor has detected to an error
would you like to continue by pressing f1 or would you like to go to bios by pressing f2 to enter setup"

thats all it said......

and all i did recently was swap cases
