Any Hesitancies with the Evercase ECE4252?

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

That case is the one that is used in the ARM Stealth system reviewed here in the Systems section.

Good design. I'd cover the side vent though to reduce noise leakage. The lack of 2 rear vents is also a minor point against it.

I've seen Newegg offering this case cheap w/o power supply.

I've ordered *two* so I'll tell you more in a few days...

Hello:

I have not used them *yet* but I ordered two and I'll be (hopefully) building them over this weekend. I know someone who has used them and liked them a lot: quite solid, and the mobo mounting points are pressed in, so no need for brass studs. Good cooling (120mm fans might be better), rubber grommits for the four HD's, quick lock drive cages, rolled edges -- all for $21-24! What's not to like? I do think they are not the *prettiest* cases, but again I have not seen them "in person" yet, and they might grow on me...

I'm also going to try the 300watt Fortron PS with the 120mm fan, so with my $24 black Evercases, that's $56! Not too shabby.
