Very sweet
I have to admit, as much as I hate all things Apple, the G4 Cube was a most beautiful looking PC.
Several points:
#1: First picture. drill dust & electronics
#2: I know Centrinos run pretty cool but your setup looks like it's all passive - Like the original Cube. The Cube had a huge failure rate due to inefficient cooling or I would throttle the CPU way too often and I suspect the Centrino, despite all its advantages, might suffer a similar fate. Maybe you could hide a slow turning 80mm fan at the bottom? Difficult I know, but better than burning the thing up.
#3: Did you by any chance relocate the @/&%$! power button?

#2: This Cube our install 60mm very low noise & low speed Cooling fan in bottm for generate small push up airflow, It max Temp is aprox. 50C;
#3: Yes, I change original power button to touch on/off button(setup to lower position and tuning sensitive available), because original power button is very sensitive(same level), I don't like that!

Great job! You should definitely submit it to http://www.mini-itx.com for their "Projects" page. In fact I've just had a look and somebody has already done one (wasn't you was it?). But yours looks better executed anyway.
