NB47 is a good choice for northbridge.
If you've got good case airflow the 9600XT could be cooled passively with another NB47. If you want to play it real safe go the Zalman route. C is the older version so may be cheaper. It doesn't matter really. The 9600XT is such a lowpower card that any ZM80 will cool it easily. As an alternative you might try the Thermaltake fanless vga cooler. It's cheaper than the Zalman. Just tried it (even though I hate TT products) and it works.
