Best Superbowl XXXIX Commercial...

Post by Edward Ng » Sun Feb 06, 2005 7:24 pm

Vote!

And if you think a choice is missing, let me know and I'll add it...

My vote goes to the P. Diddy and the Diet Pepsi Truck.

I don't know how effective that commercial for that music player was; I saw two of them and still don't know the name or brand of the product. :?

I don't know what the Designated Driver one was advertising either, but I thought it was pretty good.

The skydiver one was also good; especially how the pilot was dressed with the flight jacket and goggles, and dove without even putting on a parachute!

EDIT: Maxed out the poll options; sorry, can't add anymore. I wanted to get VISA--Lost Check Card...Superheroes and the Ameriquest stuff in there, but can't. :?

EDIT 2: Swapped out Napster for Bloody Cat; I wish I could change my vote to that one now that I suddenly remember nearly spilling my glass of Coke during that one...

You left out:

Gladys Knight playing with the English Rugby team! (It was for a credit card, I think...)

The Anheiser Busch burro causing all the wild animals to show up for a try out!

My favorite ones aren't on the list:
-Annheiser Busch's "Thank you to the troops"
-NFL's "Tomorrow, we're all undefeated" (Go Big Ben)

  Boo Hoo
Us Canadians don't get the same commercials as you do. We need to wait a few days / weeks / months to finally catch them all during normal programming.
