How sensitive to noise are you? In all "homes" the desk and computer are exactly the same, the only difference is how it looks around you and how noisy and smelly it is.

30 dB in room full of garbage that doesn't smell.
You've described my first apartment
.
Thouh I might be tolerant of a castle w/ 70dB of 30kHz+ noise.

Seriously, #3 would be nice very nice if it was the maximum(I also already have a room full of garbage). If those are minimums, then I'd rather stick with what I have right now.

I already have 25dB in this room which is full of (everyone else's) non-smelly garbage!
To reverse sthayashi's comment: my castle would most likely have 70dB of .3Hz noise. It should be easily fixed by filling the gaps in the brickwork and putting draught excluders under the portcullis.

I can go for that, I doubt anyone has a hearing range that would go that high.
You may wanna give your dog some earmuffs though

I picked 30dba garbage. My room is messy enough. And well, I think my computer does around at least 25-30.... Hmmm... maybe I should just stick with what I have, I always have my music on anyways.

I'll take the castle and wear earmuffs.
