MSI onboard gfx VS Chaintech VNF4

MSI RS480M2-IL Radeon Xpress 200
VS
Chaintech VNF4 Ultra ZENITH VE nForce4

I'm trying to decide between these two motherboards for the next pc i'm building.
Which one is better?
I didn't see anything like NF4 for the MSI so i'm assuming it uses that ATI Xpress 200?

I'm just basically asking what is the difference between these two motherboards concerning the onboard gfx and the NF4. Is the NF4 faster for gaming compared to the MSI? I'm planning to get an x800xl for this setup.
