Would a water cooling system fit inside this case?

It all depends on what you get but if you want to fit everything inside the case without modding then you'll need to get one of the small kits like the Thermaltake AquariusII. If you don't mine mounting the radiator on the outside of the case you can go with any kits that have a radiator that mounts a 120mm fan since you can mount those in the back of the case which is what I did. Placing the radiator inside created way too much heat for me since this case is not that big.
