This morning I found the board in the topic for $129 Canadian. It seems to be an OEM board and Asus's site doesn't mention it. I can't find anything else about it but I'm very tempted to order it.

Premier Computer Canada sells this motherboard for 119.99$ CAD (but it's a special order). Yes, it's an OEM board. I couldn't find any information or review about it (except the specs and a photo). If you get that board, you'll need to replace that little screamer on the chipset. Take a look at this thread for more information.
