The Temp. of North Bridge (NB) is 43C Is this normal?
My system specifications
Mobo: MSI Neo2 865 PFS
CPU: 3GHz 1MB cashe, 800FSB
Memo: 1G

I dont know if thats a good temp for your NB, but regardless of thats it's a decent temp and you have no need to try to reduce it.
BTW are you sure thats the NB temp and not the system temp.

Ya U R right this is system temp (sorry) I had thought the sys temp like nb temp.
By the way is this normal??

I have accually seen my CPU temps lower than the system temps so I personally thought it was the north bridge temps also.

Yes, northbridge temps are generally considered safe to even higher temps than processors. I don't worry about processor temps until 60C or so and northbridge until 70C.

I am urrently running............
49C CPU (8 days flat our Folding) @ 2310MHz
44C System.
000RPM/Slow CPU Fan speed.
1577RPM NB Fan Speed (not NB, is hooked up to un-modified Sonata PSU).
Couldnt figure out how to post pic of "Core Centre".
