I would tend to agree, water cooling still seems limited IMHO. The noisiests components in a quiet air cooled case are usually the PSU or the HD. The HDs are easier to silence, but water cooling them doesn't usually aid (I did see one example where fully water cooling the drives allowed them to be completely foam enclosed but it was a custom water pipe job). Finally, water cooling a PSU is a fully DYI job and I think its really dangerous! In this case even though water cooling will give you lower noise levels for your CPU, GPU, Northbridge (as far I know these are traditionally the most complicated setups so far), the noisest components, the HD and the PSU don't really benefit.

Even worse, this device seems to exhaust its heat inside the case; ensuring that your psu fan makes more noise.

Yea radeonman I saw that same review, with the 5.25 bay water cooler for a gffx. I have no idea where though. I read lots of review sites everyday.

Waste of money

Not worth the money. I've seen these at Fry's for about $100. Does a really bad job of cooling.

the rad is tiny compared to what im gonna have, its cheap and tiny so its gonna be crap :)
