Indeed Chieftec are Sirtec, but they are Delta too. Maybe a Delta inside is better.

For example Q-Tec is one of the worst ones, every power value they state is peak and total power comes from peak values of rails so I would directly deduct 50% from their PSU power ratings.
If they overprice quality PSUs heavily there you might want to check other EU-countries.
