 Post subject: Quiet HD for Toshiba Satellite Pro 4340?

I know this site is for desktops but I recently got a free Toshiba Sat Pro 4340 (P3-650). The hard drive on this thing is driving me nuts - it's so loud I can't concentrate. Maybe I've been spoiled by my quiet desktop.

Anyway, I don't know much about laptops. Does anyone know of any quiet laptop hard drives compatible with this Toshiba? I'm not concerned with size - the 12 GB drive is suffice.
