Just checked the spec of my mobo (which is in the mail) has 8-Pin connector instead of regular 4-Pin. How can I "mod" my PSU to have that? I'm using Antec NeoHE 430...

that uses standard ATX plugs. no need to modify anything.

No, look at this pic. It's 8-Pin, instead of 4-Pin.
I'm talking about CPU power plug (the white one on the top right, next to the heatpipe fin)

You can use both a normal 4-pin or the 8-pin EPS connector (if you have one). The 8-pin EPS connector provides more stable power delivery, but the CPU will be happy with just the 4-pin. There should have been a cover of some sort for the extra pin holes - the cover came with my P5B Deluxe. Hope that helps...

PS: Go to Asus' website, and look at the enlarged image of the P5B Deluxe WiFi-AP. You'll see that there's a cover of some sort for 4 of the pin holes. Cheers

Another recent thread on this, essentially the same conclusion.
