Hello,
I know to get hi-def audio with intel's azalea you need to download the driver and the realtek driver.

I have m-audio revolution on an amd system. If I download the xp hi-def driver will I get hi-def audio?

What is your definition of hi-def audio?

HD-Audio is a marketing term that Intel uses to describe its latest integrated audio standard. There is no way you can get HD-Audio without using integrated audio, and no reason you should want to.

If that's not what you mean by HD-Audio, tell me what you're trying to do, and I'll tell you how to do it.
