Hello,
Can I use a case fan like the Enermax UC-001B-TC on a heat sink:?: Or, do I have to get a fan made specifically for CPU cooling:?:
Thanks,
Derek

falloutboy: If your running it at stock i would think 7V to the NGML would be fine. Im running mine at about 9V but i have a 1.8A OCed to 2.4GHz, with the VCore up at 1.575V. At 7V it will be completley inaudible, given that its inside your case and your PSU will probably be much louder. Im using the Q-Tech 300W PSU and its by far my loudest item.
You may want to experiment with the fan blowing onto and away from the HS. Alphas work better blowing away, but may be more noisy like this.
