I'm not finshed yet. I still want to replace my plastic block fittings with metal ones and get an wye fitting to replace T fitting. I'm going to be using airtrap instead reservoir. I also removed bottom hard drive cage and brackets including center fan bracket and made a mount to mount fan in bottom front with lexan. very top fans a nexus and the other are yates loon. I'm going to be using a fan controller on the yates loon's on bottom of rad and on front

What did you use to cut the case? Dremel? Jigsaw?

why'd you go with a wood enclosure for the rad casing? materials on hand?

Just curious, never seen that before. Nice work slapping that in! What parts are you using for your cooling set up?

Not sure what you mean by a "mount to mount fan". So are you not housing ANY components in the lower bay with obvious exception to the power supply?

I think wood is a little forgiving if you make a mistake

the mount i was talking about for fan I made it out of 1/4" lexan. fan is held to lexan with screws then the lexan is screwed into front of case using #6 machine screws and nuts the reason I had to do this is the part of the filter that attaches to case will hit blades.

The parts i am going to use is pump mcp655, rad BI 360gt stealth, blocks are mcw60 mcw30 and apogee and tubibg is going to be clearflex60 1/2" ID 5/8" OD it's pretty thin walled so I have some coolsleeve i'm going to use

I got my fittings and clamps yesterday so I started installing everything had a few leaks I had to take care of. I got as far as mounting blocks and installing motherboard and plumbing and I jumped started motherboard with sides off bios reports 26c w/ fans at full speed cpu is opteron 165. Still have a few thing to do before installing drives

6 screws hold it in place plus I also went around with a thin layer of clear caulking so I wouldn't call it hard but not that easy either. This is actually my first quiet PC and I have come to the conclusion that to get a silent watercooled pc your going to have to use a submerged pump or a weaker one
