large quantities of sillicone fan mounts? only thing i can find is like 1 fans worth, for like 10 bucks.


the scythe universal retention kit, for less than 10 bucks?

You could order from http://www.mcmaster.com/ on page 1316 of the online catalog.

Depending on fan size you would want either K6 or K8. They are sold in packs of 20 for approximately $.50 each.

Another pretty cheap choice is to get some from cooler-guys here - http://www.coolerguys.com/rfanmntcc.html. With shipping it comes out to something under $2.00 per 4 pack - assuming you buy in bulk as stated. They're pretty decent(a little fragile on the ends) and very long..works with both open and closed flange.
