Please see page 6 of this review:

It has been mentioned that some people have had issues with mounting the revb version of this heatsink. That being said, the standard mounting system seems to be quite a problem for several people in terms of keeping their temperatures low:

Until Scythe makes a concerted effort to address the issues with the revB and LGA775 chipsets I would respectfully suggest that the site admins consider linking to the above threads in the actual article for the Ninja. Quite frankly, it looks like you have to outlay additional money for mounting hardware and/or time and effort to get this thing to work properly.

Simply suggesting that users check the Scythe website for compatibility doesn't seem to be enough, as evidenced by the multiple threads of users still having issues. Until more results are in and hopefully a long-term solution has been arrived at, the revB review should be more cautious. SPCR can hopefully put the pressure on Scythe to fix the issues with this latest version, as some of their forum replies have been a bit dismissive sounding.

Thank you in advance for considering these amendments to your original review.

Kind Regards,
Paul
