I wouldn't worry about it, unless it keeps happening. Make note of the project number when it does happen.
There's a couple of bad WU that the FAH server will assign you once or twice after a new SMP install. It's almost like it needs to try them on new machines. I can't remember the project # but they've never worked on mine. Then it stops sending them.

My X2 just finished a WU after 2 days and it has hit a whole reash of these as well. There is some talk about it on the forums at
folding.stanford.edu.
