Noise comparisons between Seasonic 300, 350 , 400 models

Will soon be building new computer, with quiet as a priority.

2 drive RAID with Serial ATA Barracuda V
2 DVD/CD drives
Fanless Radeon 9000
Enclosed in Lian li 6099B aluminum case,

P4 2.8 or 3.06 on ASUS p4p mobo (waiting to see about cpu cooling options for 3.06)

Not used for gaming, although video editing DVD recording may be done from time to time.

Electronic demands probably met by 300w PS, certainly 350. $ between 300 and 400 in the scheme of things don't really matter, just want stable maching that is quiet. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

In terms of noise difference, there is none, really.

I bought the 400 watt PSU a couple months back, do you think it'll be sufficient for my 3.06GHz P4? It's being powered by a Panaflo 80mm L1A, I took out the ADDA (I think that was the name).

Naturally it doesn't spin up right away, but soon enough. I have the Lian-Li server (big sonofabitch) case with two exhaust fans + one PSU exhaust fan + 2 7-volted intake fans (Panalfo).
